Two two-star restaurants, one of Spain's best brasseries and two neighbourhood kitchens that locals fill. What each one actually costs, how far ahead to book, and which dishes justify planning a trip around.

  • Enoteca Paco Pérez and Moments compared course by course
  • Price bands, dress codes and booking windows
  • Where to eat on the nights you are not splurging

How we research

Every hotel in this guide was assessed against the same framework, and every factual claim — room counts, restaurant names, star ratings, facility lists — was cross-checked against the hotel's own published material and the current Michelin Guide before publication in January 2026.

We do not accept payment, hosted stays or commission in exchange for coverage or ranking. Where we express a preference, it is a judgement, and we say what it is based on. Where a hotel has a weakness, we name it in the same detail as its strengths.
