Can you book a room for me?

No. We are a publisher, not a travel agency, and we hold no inventory. Every hotel page on this site links directly to that hotel's own reservation system. If you need a human, the hotel's own reservations team will always be better informed than us on availability and rates.

I represent a hotel. Can we be added?

You can write to us and we will read it. We do not accept payment, hosted stays, gifts or commercial arrangements in exchange for coverage, and we do not guarantee a reply beyond an acknowledgement. Additions are decided on editorial grounds only.

There is a factual error on one of your pages.

Please tell us — select "Correction or factual update" in the form and include a verifiable source if you have one. We publish a dated note on any page where a substantive correction has been made.

How do I exercise my data protection rights?
