A note on rates. Barcelona hotel pricing is unusually volatile because of the congress calendar. Mobile World Congress (late February/early March), ISE and the Formula 1 Spanish Grand Prix weekend can triple published rates. If your dates are flexible, check the Fira de Barcelona events calendar before committing.
